Thank you for your business! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to me for a partial or full refund, but only if delivered content was not used in way and you have no intention of using it.

FULLFILLMENT
Orders are processed and delivered via email within 24 hours after the              photography session. For any questions or concerns about whether or not your order has been fulfilled, please text me at 925-305-7483, or email me at                            hadlockrep@gmail.com
CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without any consequences, but if you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, there will be a $50 fee.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All returns must be requested within two (2) days of the delivery date. If you choose to request a refund of your purchase, you will no longer have any rights to the materials and will forfeit all copyrights. To return an item, please email       hadlockrep@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 
After receiving your return, I will process it within two business days. Please then allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for your reimbursement to reach your account. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
